Postdoc Fellow
Lead and manage multiple research projects on climate mitigation and the green transition in Southeast Asia, ensuring high-quality publications and strategic impact.
Coordinate research efforts across teams, recruit new staff, and foster effective collaboration to achieve project goals.
Provide research training and mentorship to research assistants and associates, specializing in systematic literature reviews, case study, econometrics, survey design, and sampling methodologies to enhance project success.
Prepare detailed reports for funders, draft compelling grant proposals, and ensure alignment with funding objectives.
Conduct outreach to key stakeholders, including Southeast Asian and Chinese universities, think tanks, policymakers, and corporate leaders, to build partnerships and promote climate action.

Research Assistant
Co-lead the project that studies on electrical vehicles and solar PV industry development and policies in ASEAN countries, including conducting survey and systematic literature review at the Institute for Environment & Sustainability (IES), LKYSPP.
Conduct research and mentor senior government directors from ASEAN countries (Brunei, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Laos) to produce their respective Policy Action Plan as part of Temasek Foundation Environmental Policy Leaders Programme Deliverables.
Conduct national baseline studies on climate policies of Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei and case studies on German feed-in tariff and California electric and develop policy databases for the Global Mitigation Atlas project at the Institute for Environment & Sustainability (IES), LKYSPP with Climate Analytics.
Collaborate with Assistant Professor Tan Soo Jie Sheng of LKYSPP in gathering information from news, official documents, and other sources on low-carbon pilots in Chinese cities.
Collaborate with Assistant Professor Mariana Kaneti of LKYSPP in research project titled “Power, legitimacy, agency: the Belt Road Initiative and visions for the interconnected world.”
Collaborate with Assistant Professor Li Hui of LKYSPP in various research projects on public finance and public management, in charge of data collection and management, and literature review writing.

Analyze the water use trend in China and write policy research reports to provide facts, analyses, and policy recommendations to clients.
Collaborate with the project PI, Assistant Professor Sonia Akter of LKYSPP, in the project titled “The Valuation of Water in China” by the client demand from the World Bank.
Conduct a systematic literature review on the key trends, drivers, and challenges facing China's water use.
